My initial thought was, “Man, that’s a lot of wood to polish.” I think EscapeVelocity has the right idea.
I went to Ewie’s flickr page and was surprised to see his comment that he thought there was too much blue in this image. I think it’s perfect. I would have been nice to see some more pictures of the boat. I would have loved to see it under full sail
I hear alot of people state how they love boats with alot of bright work and so do I. But the labor involved always has to be a labor of love, if not, you couldn’t justify the cost! 🙂

The yacht is “SY Thalia” a 160ft Ron Holland designed superyacht. This shot was one of many I took while out on sea trials around the Hauraki Gulf, out of Auckland.
