Another Intreprid Brit Plans an Unusual Transatlantic Crossing

via www.cruisingworld.com Last year, the awesome Geoff Holt, YJA Yachtsman of the Year, was the first quadriplegic to cross the Atlantic solo-assisted. Now it's the turn of Anthony Smith, a splendid 84 year-old who plans to cross the Atlantic on a raft made of water pipes. It's in support of WaterAid so for a damn good cause.
