Chartering in the British Virgin Islands – Sailing In The BVI

The BVI is IMHO the best place to start cruising. I have been 3 times and each time we got 15-20 kts of breeze during the day, beautiful sunny days, no rain and light chop. It's mostly protected, line of sight sailing, easy anchorages and you can always pick-up a mooring ball for $25, great bars, crappy over-priced foods The islands are gorgeous from the sea but a little dry and dull by land. Here is a really good review on a Brit site. My only disagreement is with Anegada. I love the place. Loblolly Bay on the North side is the best snorkelling I have done.
