Bosham is lovely, but that tide catches out a few motorists each year who park on the foreshore!!
Yes – the Anchor Bleu pub has some great pics of cars inundated by the tide at Bosham and there are warning signs on the road telling motorists to watch out for the water. http://www.westsussex.info/bosham.shtml
Bosham is one of the prettiest places to sail in Chichester Harbour, but the upper reaches of the harbour are getting more and more silted up each year.

Nice composition. Must be high tide, Bosham completely drains each tide.
